This role requires candidates to commit to working every Saturday for a 12-hour shift from 7 am to 7 pm. The job also necessitates climbing stairs and working at various height levels, as the serial number plates must be changed from both the top and bottom of the press. Candidates should be prepared to stand and walk for 95% of the workday, which includes standing and walking on concrete for the entire 12-hour shift. Candidates must possess reliable daily transportation to the plant, as there are no tolerances for transportation excuses. The role demands individuals who are reliable, respectful, and capable of delivering results while meeting production demands. Following directions, maintaining a positive working attitude, and understanding safety practices are essential for success in this position. The work environment is not climate-controlled, and candidates will be exposed to elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, and oils.
