About the position

The Serialization Data Analyst role involves leading data management efforts within the supply chain, focusing on the standardization and cleanup of data related to serialization systems. This position requires a strong understanding of SAP ERP and related systems, as well as the ability to analyze and resolve data transfer issues. The analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain data accuracy across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Takes ownership of and leads coordination of data management, cleanup, and standardization capabilities.
• Sets up required master data attributes such as GS1 Prefix, GLN numbers, GTINs, EAN# & NHRN#s, EMVS attributes & shares with SC partners as required, to support regulatory requirements.
• Analyzes and addresses data transfer issues across different systems.
• Develops and manages reports to monitor accuracy and timeliness of data flow across multiple systems.
• Provides requirements from markets and pilots to IT for new capabilities and ensures requirements have been met.
• Takes ownership of the Business Process documentation (i.e., changes to the process must be approved by the owner).
• Develops and communicates data management process standards including process flows, corresponding narrative, and inputs and outputs to and from other processes.
• Communicates the standard data process to the team.
• Works with the Business Owners, SMEs, and PMs to ensure that the teams follow the process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in data management and supply chain logistics.
• Overall knowledge of the supply chain.
• Experience with SAP ATTP/Tracelink or similar serialization systems.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems.
• Strong data analytics skills.
