About the position

Our company is currently seeking Servers to work at a variety of events located in San Diego, CA. This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service while ensuring that food is delivered accurately and in a timely manner. The role requires you to maintain cleanliness and organization in the expediting area, coordinate effectively with kitchen staff, and communicate with fellow servers to enhance the dining experience for guests. You will be working on an on-call basis, which means your schedule will vary depending on the events we have scheduled. We offer weekly pay every Friday through direct deposit, making it easy for you to manage your finances. This position can be part-time, full-time, temporary, or seasonal, depending on your availability and the needs of the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service during events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expediting area.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively between kitchen staff and servers.
• Ensure accurate and timely food delivery to guests.
• Carry large oval trays as needed.
• Work with all food types, including allergens.

Requirements

• Must have or be able to obtain California ServSafe food handling certification.
• At least one year of banquet or casual dining serving experience required.
• Must be able to carry large oval trays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
• Clear background check required.
