About the position

The Server at Redfish Poke Bar by Foodland is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. This role involves selling and serving food and beverages, ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests, and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. The ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for hospitality and a strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings.

Responsibilities

• Execute Server Sequence of Service consistently
• Help patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu and offering suggestions
• Stay updated on current menu choices and specials
• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording patrons' choices
• Serve orders by picking up and delivering guest orders from bar and kitchen
• Respond to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs and observing dining process

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous restaurant serving experience preferred
• Knowledge of service procedures and extensive food and beverage knowledge
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Positive interpersonal skills
• Cleanliness and organization
• Ability to work well in a team situation
• Must possess a recent TB Clearance
