Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and serve food and beverages
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties as needed
• Deliver food to customers when required
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Fun and friendly personality with a strong customer service focus
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable talking to strangers
• Punctual and reliable, with a positive attitude
• At least 16 years old; 18 with 2 years driving experience for delivery drivers
• Valid food-handler's card required for food service roles
• For management positions, must be at least 18 and have prior management experience

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a customer service or food service role
