About the position
The Internship Program at WPS Health Solutions offers students and recent graduates an opportunity to gain practical experience in a collaborative environment focused on health insurance and federal contracting. Interns will engage in functional responsibilities related to their field of study, participate in a group project aimed at developing resources for future interns, and receive exposure to corporate culture and training. The program culminates in a presentation to senior executives, showcasing the interns' experiences and contributions.
Responsibilities
- Focus on responsibilities within their functional areas related to their field of study.
- Collaborate on the 'Pay-It-Forward Project' to develop a resource for future program participants.
- Gain exposure to corporate culture and training to aid in future career successes.
- Participate in a final presentation for senior executives to showcase their experience.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in higher education or a recent graduate.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Experience with scripting.
- Experience with endpoint management.
- Knowledge of IT security standards.
