About the position

As a Server Assistant (Busser) at Cunningham Restaurant Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring a clean and organized dining environment, contributing to a pleasant experience for guests. This position involves supporting servers and kitchen staff, maintaining table cleanliness, and assisting with overall restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests depart, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area.
• Assist servers with refilling drinks, delivering food orders, and providing additional items to guests as needed.
• Transport dishes from the kitchen to the dining area and ensure food orders are delivered to the correct tables.
• Keep the server station and busser station clean and well-organized, restocking items as needed.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their requests and concerns.
• Assist with overall restaurant cleanliness, including sweeping and mopping floors, and reporting maintenance needs.

Requirements

• No prior experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to take direction and work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift trays or bus tubs for extended periods.
