Tom's Watch Bar's central oversized “stadium” screen, surrounded by hundreds of screens provides 360-degree viewing, making every seat at Tom's the best seat in the house. Tom's Watch Bar is a fast-growing and exciting new restaurant and bar concept. As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting servers with delivering food to guests and responding to their requests. You will also assist with clearing tables and preparing them for new patrons. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as required, carrying dirty tableware to the kitchen area, and preparing tables for arriving patrons by wiping up spills, clearing away crumbs, replacing soiled linen, and setting up tableware, napkins, and condiments. Additionally, you will deliver food to tables, respond to patrons' requests, and inform management of any complaints. Arranging tables and chairs to accommodate larger groups of patrons and ensuring that the server station is adequately stocked with necessary restaurant supplies are also key aspects of this role.
Responsibilities
- Clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as required.
- Carrying dirty tableware to the kitchen area.
- Preparing tables for arriving patrons by wiping up spills, clearing away crumbs, replacing soiled linen, and setting up tableware, napkins, and condiments.
- Delivering food to tables.

Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate with front of house staff
