About the position

The Dishwasher and Server position at Spring Hills Morristown is a dual role that involves maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and providing exceptional table service to residents and guests. Responsibilities

• Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment using commercial dishwashers and manual methods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping and mopping.
• Assist in managing kitchen supplies and notify supervisors of shortages.
• Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to support meal preparation and service.
• Properly dispose of waste and recyclables.
• Provide friendly and professional table service to residents and guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and inviting dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
• Address residents' and guests' needs with care and attention to detail.
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols during service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Entry-level kitchen experience.
• Previous experience in a kitchen, food service, or customer-facing role is a plus.
