About The Position
The All-Network Server Floater will be responsible for routine tasks related to providing meal service at a wide range of school locations. This includes receiving, setting up, heating, serving, and/or portioning meals being served at school sites. The position requires adherence to the practices and standards of Revolution Foods, ensuring quality standards for all menu items per approved SOPs. Floaters will be notified the day prior or, in most last-minute circumstances, even the morning of to report to their assigned location. Based on company needs, the floater must always be prepared to provide service for meal periods at multiple locations that can change from day to day. Floaters are also responsible for participating in special company events such as BBQs and food tastings. Reliable transportation is a must, and floaters will receive gas mileage reimbursement for the distance traveled. Floaters are guaranteed a minimum of 20 hours a week (4 hours a day) Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, with the possibility of extended hours based on company needs. Punctuality and adherence to the time and attendance policy are essential.
