Responsibilities

• Take customers' food and beverage orders.
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate parties.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in the restaurant, wait-station, and kitchen service area.
• Receive proper payment from guests and ensure accuracy of guest checks.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in person and on the phone.
• Present a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Create a fun and memorable experience for guests.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic math skills (able to add, subtract, and count change back to customer).
• Legible handwriting and strong customer service skills.
• Verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• One year of server experience.
• Experience with MICROS and Square POS Systems.
