The Server position at RockNRoll Sushi is a customer-facing role responsible for providing high-quality service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role requires a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards while working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
- Greet guests upon entrance and guide them through the menu.
- Make recommendations and anticipate guest needs.
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and staff.
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
- Ensure the guest experience exceeds expectations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Experience in a fast-paced serving environment is a plus.
- Good energy and outgoing personality.
- Desire to serve and please others.
