About the position

The Server position at Hyatt involves providing exceptional service to guests in the Sway and Polaris restaurants. This role focuses on engaging with guests, taking menu selections, and ensuring a memorable dining experience through attentive service and knowledge of the menu offerings.

Responsibilities

• Submit guest menu selections and present food and beverage preferences.
• Gain menu knowledge and provide recommendations to guests.
• Engage in casual conversation to enhance the restaurant experience.
• Maintain a sanitary environment and assist in general restaurant preparation.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of restaurant serving experience.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours during a work shift.
• Willingness and flexibility to work holidays and weekends.
