About the position

We are looking for friendly and outgoing servers with good communication skills and basic knowledge of food and drink varieties. We offer part-time day and evening positions that are available year-round, with shifts that accommodate both day and evening availability, including weekends. Easy parking and employee meals are provided to enhance your work experience. As a server, you will be responsible for welcoming all members and must have the ability to answer questions about the menu items and explain how they are prepared. Responsible alcohol service is required, and TIPS certification is preferred. You will be a team member in order to maintain an effective work atmosphere, mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for members according to prescribed recipes or portions. Keeping the bar and dining room stocked with necessary supplies is essential, and completing side work before each shift is mandatory. Maintaining a clean and well-organized workstation is crucial, as is transmitting orders to the kitchen while noting the timing of meal progression. You will also be responsible for maintaining the dining experience by inquiring about needs, removing courses as completed, and being alert to any special needs of the members. Reporting to work well-manicured with a neat and clean uniform is expected. Flexibility to work in other areas or positions as scheduled and when needed is also important.
