The role involves serving meals to residents and their guests in a courteous and professional manner under the supervision of the Venue Manager. Responsibilities

• Attend pre-meal briefing daily.
• Serve meals to residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Perform pre-opening and closing side work duties as assigned.
• Set tables and maintain work stations and kitchen stations in proper order according to sanitation guidelines.
• Take orders and provide service to residents and guests in the dining venue as assigned.
• Clear dishes from tables after each course.
