Responsibilities

• Set up dining area and trays for meal services.
• Assist the cook in the preparation and service of meals.
• Deliver residents' meal carts and clean assigned dining areas.
• Accurately record temperatures on refrigerators and clean/stock as needed.
• Wash and store dishes, maintaining overall sanitation in the kitchen.
• Follow Federal, State, and Community rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
