Responsibilities

• Arrive on time to set up the restaurant/lounge/cafe and ensure it is ready to open.
• Maintain cleanliness and attractiveness of the dining area throughout the meal period.
• Perform cleaning duties at the end of the outlet's service, including floors, tables, and buffet areas.
• Pour water and upsell food and beverage items to guests.
• Make helpful suggestions and answer questions regarding the menu.
• Remember guests' names and favorite choices to enhance their experience.
• Provide prompt and excellent service to create a wonderful dining experience.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and timely.
• Follow established safety and security policies and procedures.
