About the position
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking food and beverage orders accurately and promptly, and delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner. You will also provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions regarding ingredients or preparation methods. Ensuring guest satisfaction is key, so you will check in regularly with guests to address any concerns or requests they may have. Additionally, you will process payments using cash handling procedures and operate the cash register. Collaboration with kitchen staff is essential to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery. Maintaining cleanliness of dining areas is also part of your responsibilities, which includes sanitizing tables, chairs, and menus. You will utilize OpenTable or similar software to manage reservations and seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth dining experience for all guests.

Requirements
