About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the dining area.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns.
• Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables during peak hours.
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with health regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha, is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is desirable.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
