Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a dedicated Server / Waitstaff to join our team at the Isle at Watercrest Mansfield, a luxury assisted living, memory care, and extended care community. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a dining environment. As a Server / Waitstaff, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for our residents, guests, and staff. Your responsibilities will include ensuring proper dining set-up, providing meal and table services, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area. You will be the face of our dining services, presenting menus, answering questions, and making suggestions to diners. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude will be essential in creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. In this role, you will be responsible for relaying orders to the kitchen, serving beverages and courses, and pacing the delivery of food to ensure that diners enjoy their meals at the proper temperature. You will also assist in clearing and resetting tables, keeping the dining area clean and stocked, and ensuring that all dining linens are properly maintained.
