About the position
The Theatre Server position at Chanhassen Dinner Theatres is responsible for providing excellent service to guests by setting up dining areas, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a quality dining experience. The role requires effective communication with management and other staff to address guest satisfaction and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Check maps and work list
- Set up dining area(s)
- Assist with dining room clean up and sanitation
- Attend 'cue call'
- Help seat guests
- Knowledge of menu and beverage items
- Serve beverages, food & desserts according to proper procedure
- Clean and maintain station throughout service
- Communicate any inquiries, special requests, complaints/compliments to Food & Beverage Manager on duty
- Respond to emergencies appropriately
- Work as a team member and assist co-workers when needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must have weekend availability
- Prior Customer Service Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- 18+ years or older
