About the position
We are looking for a friendly and professional Server to join our team at Hayes Eateries LLC. The Server will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience through effective communication and efficient service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
- Take orders and serve food and drinks, including making recommendations and answering questions about menu items
- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting and clearing tables and washing dishes and utensils
- Communicate effectively with other team members, including the kitchen staff and management
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a server or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills
