About the position

The Server at Dacha is a vital member of the hospitality team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires professionalism, extensive knowledge of the menu, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests to enhance their dining and entertainment journey.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, upbeat, and highly professional service to customers at your respective section/area.
  • Ensure that every guest receives an exceptional overall experience.
  • Be knowledgeable of all food & beverage offerings and offer suggestions to ensure an optimal dining experience.
  • Set up and break down the dining room and service stations by completing all sidework, including setting tables, re-stocking service stations, folding linens, polishing glassware and silverware.
  • Assist runners in delivering food and drinks to guests.
  • Set up and break down the coffee station and restock wine caves.
  • Buss and pre-buss tables, keeping them clean and clear of excess clutter.
  • Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies to protect the establishment and patrons.
  • Work as a team and provide assistance to other team members as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of fine-dining and/or upscale casual dining server experience is required.
  • Superb English-language communication skills are required.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor are essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills are necessary.

Nice-to-haves

  • Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and/or beers is a plus.
