About the position
As a Server at The Cheesecake Factory, you will provide exceptional service and hospitality to guests, ensuring memorable dining experiences. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service and hospitality to guests.
- Assist guests with menu selections and ensure timely food delivery.
- Refill beverages and maintain a friendly atmosphere.
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance guest experiences.
Requirements
- At least 12 months of experience as a server in a full-service restaurant preferred.
- Excellent communication, hospitality, interpersonal, and math skills.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and twisting.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience as a Cashier or Dessert Finisher / Barista if less than 12 months of serving experience.
