About the position

The Server at Hideaway Pizza is responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for guests, ensuring they leave satisfied and eager to return. This role emphasizes adherence to the Hideaway Service Standards, superior menu knowledge, and maintaining a fun and professional atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Embrace and internalize the Hideaway Way.
• Execute the Hideaway Service Standards and Steps of Service for every guest.
• Understand and produce all food items, including prep and production.
• Apply food safety practices consistently.
• Work as a team to ensure a productive and smooth shift with excellent communication.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and team members.
• Protect the financial interests of yourself and Hideaway Pizza.
• Create a fun environment for guests.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older in selected markets based on alcohol service rules.
• Have and maintain required licenses: Food Handlers and Alcohol, state and county specific.
• Work a varied schedule, including shifts, days, holidays, doubles, positions, and events.
• Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook and job-specific training guides.
• Meet physical requirements: standing for 8 hours, walking, lifting 40 pounds, stooping, carrying 25 pounds, and wiping.
