About the position

The Server position at Sagora Senior Living involves providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment within a senior living community. The role focuses on ensuring residents have a pleasant dining experience during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while also contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere that prioritizes resident satisfaction and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Help with setup, meal prep, serving, and cleanup in the dining area.
• Collect dishes and utensils from tables during mealtimes.
• Take orders and ensure residents receive their food and drink in a timely manner.
• Maintain the dining room to be service-ready at all times.
• Deep clean the kitchen on a monthly basis.
• Deliver meals to resident apartments as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Caring, organized, and able to multi-task.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English with residents, families, guests, and other associates.
