About the position

Sip Haus is seeking friendly, team-oriented servers, bartenders, and barbacks to join our upscale cocktail lounge located in the basement of the downtown Bank of America building. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique experience for our guests. Employees will receive education and training to enhance their skills and ensure a high level of service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks according to recipes and specifications
• Clean and organize kitchen and bar areas
• Maintain inventory of drinks, bottles and glassware
• Ensure cash is handled appropriately
• Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction levels
• Promote specials and events in the bar
• Resolve customer complaints and queries
• Professionally handle customers
• Inform management of issues that need urgent attention
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of POS systems
• Restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Entry-level position suitable for candidates with under 1 year of experience
