Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Greet guests and answer questions about the menu.
• Make suggestions regarding food and drinks.
• Interact verbally with guests to create a friendly atmosphere.
• Relay orders to the service bar and kitchen using the point-of-sale system.
• Observe guests and respond to additional requests.
• Present guest checks and process payments accurately.
• Clear and reset dining room tables as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, booths, and dining areas during shifts.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining areas.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Mobility is required during the entire shift.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Previous customer service experience is an asset.
• Previous serving experience is preferred.
• Flexible schedule is required.
