About the position

Bap N BanChan is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Waiters/Waitresses. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time positions. The ideal candidates will have a passion for the restaurant industry and a willingness to learn, especially in a Korean dining setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Take and process customer orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Assist with training new staff as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in the USA
• Experience in restaurant service is preferred
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Experience in Korean restaurants is a plus
