About the position
As a Server at First Watch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to customers during breakfast, brunch, and lunch hours. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and a deep knowledge of the menu, allowing you to provide high-quality food service in a fast-paced environment. You will be empowered to make decisions that enhance customer satisfaction while supporting your fellow team members.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during breakfast, brunch, and lunch hours.
- Learn and apply the Five Steps of Service to enhance customer experiences.
- Support fellow team members and promote a collaborative work environment.
- Serve safe, high-quality food in a fast-paced setting.
- Maintain a friendly and knowledgeable demeanor while interacting with customers.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
