Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional service to guests.

• Collaborate with food runners, bussers, and hostesses to ensure efficient service.
• Represent the restaurant positively to guests and enhance their experience.
• Assist in increasing average check size through upselling of cocktails and high-end entrees.

Requirements

• Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
