About the position
The Server at Royal Rib House plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to customers. This position involves taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their meal. The ideal candidate should be friendly, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders from customers
- Take food and beverage orders from food delivery apps (UberEats, Doordash, etc.)
- Answer questions about the menu and preparation
- Provide accurate orders to the kitchen staff
- Check with customers periodically during their meals to ensure they are satisfied
- Provide customers with their checks at the end of the meal and process payment
Requirements
- Previous experience as a server is preferred
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
