About the position

Sharks Restaurant & Billiards is seeking a full-time Server to join our food service team in Shawnee Mission, KS. This role is essential in providing high-quality customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. The Server will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining a fun and active atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive.
• Take customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals.
• Refill drinks and clear dishes at appropriate times.
• Clean and preset tables for new guests.
• Stock supplies as needed and process transactions.
• Address and rectify guest complaints, notifying management when necessary.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Prior server experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to adapt and work well under pressure.
• Strong prioritization skills for multiple tasks.
• Above-average customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly demeanor with the ability to establish rapport easily.
