About the position

We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team at a vibrant dining establishment for our lunch time. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
• Present menus and explain menu items to customers
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver food and beverages promptly
• Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience
• Process payments and operate the POS system efficiently
• Assist in food preparation and bussing tables as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area

Requirements

• Prior experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
• Knowledge of basic math for order accuracy and cash handling
• Familiarity with restaurant operations
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to varying customer needs
