About the position

Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that each guest enjoys their meal from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas, including bussing tables after guests depart.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, processing payments efficiently.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, enhancing their dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Uphold food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations.
• Proficient in math for accurate cash handling and order processing.
• Ability to operate POS systems effectively for order entry and payment processing.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
