Responsibilities
- Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to customer preferences.
- Possess extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu to recommend, upsell, and reinforce customer orders.
- Assist with the assembly of prepared food and condiments, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction before handoff to guests.
- Buss tables, deliver food and beverages, and actively seek opportunities to impress customers through teamwork.
- Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during shifts.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
- Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential job duties.
- Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required for California positions (can be completed during training, up to 60 days after start date).
