Responsibilities

• Ensure that Ted's standard of service is given to every guest, every time
• Anticipate the guests' needs
• Have full knowledge of the menu and effectively answer guest questions
• Be knowledgeable of the Aloha system
• Be punctual and in full uniform for each shift
• Follow all guidelines, policies, and procedures of Ted's Café Escondido Restaurants
• Follow the nueve steps of service at every table
• Ensure that all health and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
• Adhere to the buddy system and take responsibility for your actions
• Ensure hot food is a priority
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times
• Declare all of your tips
• Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience of at least 6 months
• Possess interpersonal relations skills
• Professional in attitude, demeanor, and dress
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
