About the position

Beamie's at the River is seeking dedicated servers and food runners to join our team in Augusta, GA. We are looking for individuals with open availability who can start immediately. This position is essential to our restaurant's operations, as servers and food runners play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidates will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting in maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Additionally, food runners will be tasked with delivering food from the kitchen to the tables in a timely manner, ensuring that all orders are accurate and presented well. As a server, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service, engage with guests, and handle any inquiries or concerns they may have. You will also be responsible for managing your section of the restaurant, which includes taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring that guests are satisfied with their meals. Food runners will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is delivered promptly and that the dining area remains clean and welcoming. This position requires individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, as we often experience high volume during peak hours. Reliability and punctuality are essential, as we expect our team members to arrive on time and be prepared to stay late if necessary. We are open seven days a week, and weekend availability is a must. Responsibilities
