About the position

The Service Account Governance Business Analyst will play a crucial role in a 5-month project aimed at enhancing the security and regulatory posture surrounding service accounts. This position is fully remote and requires a proactive individual who can effectively execute tasks related to data collection and manipulation, as well as gathering and analyzing business requirements. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the governance of service accounts aligns with the organization's security policies and regulatory requirements. In this role, the Business Analyst will be responsible for creating presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong presentation skills are essential, as the individual will need to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. The analyst will also be involved in identifying gaps in current service account governance practices and proposing solutions to mitigate risks associated with unauthorized access and compliance violations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in identity and access management (IAM) within the broader security and technology landscape. This experience will be critical in understanding the nuances of service account management and the associated security implications. The role requires a detail-oriented approach to ensure that all aspects of service account governance are thoroughly addressed, and that the project objectives are met within the specified timeframe.
