About the position

O'Keefe Plumbing & Heating is looking for a Service & Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage service requests and accounts payable processes. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure timely scheduling of work based on customer needs and efficient processing of invoices.

Responsibilities

  • Process inbound service requests from customers and schedule work to be performed
  • Communicate material needs for service requests internally with Purchasing
  • Partner with service technicians to identify and input service costs
  • Collaborate with Accounting for service invoicing
  • Enter & process accounts payables, facilitating timely payments
  • Generate weekly bank deposits
  • Provide customer service for inbound calls and inquiries

Requirements

  • Experience with Sage 100 Contractor preferred
  • Knowledge of the plumbing industry and dispatch scheduling preferred
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office and OneDrive
  • Familiar with supplier billing portals, such as Coupa and Ariba
  • Clear and effective communicator, skilled in conveying information between customers and internal personnel
  • Capable of effectively prioritizing work and adapting to changing priorities
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
