Responsibilities
- Process work orders ensuring service work statuses are kept current and investigate conflicting or missing information.
- Perform accounts payable functions, including processing purchase orders and maintaining cash drawer.
- Manage new equipment inventory by processing all the related paperwork and communicating effectively with the sales department.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or clerical experience.
