About the position
The Service Advisor at Sunset Cadillac of Venice is a key role responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring clear communication between clients and the service team. This position requires a professional with dealership experience who can take over an established book of business, providing exceptional customer service and facilitating the repair process for luxury vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for automotive service customers, providing outstanding customer service.
- Engage with customers using active listening to understand their vehicle issues and concerns.
- Create repair orders and communicate vehicle needs clearly to service technicians.
- Communicate vehicle diagnoses and maintenance needs to customers effectively.
- Advise and sell necessary automotive services to clients.
- Follow up on vehicles throughout the repair process, keeping customers updated on progress.
- Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and technicians at all times.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a professional automotive service advisor, with 2-3 years of dealership experience required.
- Outstanding customer service skills are essential.
- Experience selling automotive services to luxury vehicle clients is preferred.
- Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds software is helpful.
Nice-to-haves
- Luxury brand experience is a plus.
