Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and listen to their concerns regarding vehicle issues.
  • Explain necessary repairs and provide accurate cost estimates and timelines.
  • Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Answer phones and book appointments.
  • Create detailed work orders based on customer input and technician findings.
  • Update work orders as the repair process progresses.
  • Serve as the liaison between the customer and the service team.
  • Schedule jobs for technicians based on workload and priority.
  • Identify and explain additional services or preventative maintenance based on vehicle history.
  • Order and track parts needed for vehicle repairs.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism.
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Work with management on processes, ideas, or changes that need to be made.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Experience in service writing
  • Fluency in English
