Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

• Perform vehicle inspections and diagnose problems
• Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for repairs
• Upsell additional services and products to customers
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of automotive service and repair procedures
• Familiarity with brake repair, auto body repair, tire service, air brake systems, and automotive estimating is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively upsell products and services to customers
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
