Responsibilities

  • Utilize video technology to create detailed visual records of customer vehicle problems.
  • Greet customers and listen to their concerns to provide a friendly experience.
  • Explain complex vehicle issues to customers in understandable terms.
  • Schedule appointments and check-ups for customers.
  • Provide cost estimates and timelines for repairs.
  • Ensure the quality of service meets the center's standards.
  • Address customer issues and concerns promptly.
  • Prepare a repair order that includes time, cost, and labor estimates.
  • Explain the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer.
  • Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles.
  • Inform customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections.
  • Inspect the vehicle and recommend additional needed service based on service history.
  • Test drive the vehicle with the customer as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong understanding of automotive technology.
  • Basic mathematics skills for preparing and processing bills and customer payments.
  • Passion or hobby in video content creation and/or editing.
