Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and explaining their complaints for accurate diagnosis by technicians.
- Explain maintenance needs based on mileage and time since the last visit.
- Coordinate valet services for pickup and delivery of customer vehicles.
- Ensure proper documentation of complaints, causes, and corrections.
- Follow up after service to assist customers with additional questions.
- Represent The Premier Collection's brand with excellence.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service within the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Computer literacy and quality writing skills.
- Valid Driver's License.
