About the position
The Service Advisor at Rye Subaru plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by overseeing service orders and facilitating effective communication between customers and technicians. This position is focused on providing exceptional service, managing the flow of the Drive Lane, and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane.
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that positively impact the customer.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether on the phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
- Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts as necessary.
Requirements

- Basic computer competencies - knowledge of CDK a plus.

- Able to work with little supervision.
