About the position

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services, providing administrative support to the Service Department, and keeping customers informed about the progress of their work. The position offers an aggressive, uncapped earnings potential through a commission-driven pay plan.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required.
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
