About The Position
As a Trek Service Technician, you will be responsible for caring for bikes to ensure their owners enjoy riding them. This role involves troubleshooting repairs and servicing various types of bikes, while also building relationships with customers who trust you to maintain their gear. The position offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same, and you will have the opportunity to work with new bike models before they are available for sale. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and a motivation to develop technical skills as a technician.
