About the position

The Service Advisor at Gettel Kia of Bradenton is responsible for ensuring an outstanding customer experience by managing high customer contact through in-person interactions and phone communications. This role emphasizes professionalism, excellent communication, and organizational skills, while also providing opportunities for growth and development within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Organize and prepare work orders and documents in advance.
• Follow up on missed appointments and reschedule them.
• Contact orphan owners and potential customers from service marketing lists.
• Document work orders clearly for technicians and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Present factory maintenance needs to customers and recommend services based on multi-point inspections.
• Proactively update customers on vehicle progress at least twice a day.
• Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and communicate any delays in advance.
• Answer phones and return calls promptly.
• Prepare daily reports for management review.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for customer service and automotive industry.
